Why did you become a veterinarian?

Animals have always had a soft spot in my heart. Empathizing with them, caring for them, and ultimately making them feel better is the most rewarding feeling. I also enjoy educating people on how to improve their pet’s well-being. Most of the time an animal’s whole life is in the hands of an owner, so it’s up to us to provide them with the best care.

What is the goal with every patient visit?

I strive to give owners and their pets as positive and stress-free an experience as possible.

Who makes up your family?

I have a miniature goldendoodle named Weston, a calico cat named Peaches, and a black cat named Turkey. I also used to own guinea pigs!

Do you have a philosophy that you live by?

“Being realistic is the most commonly traveled road to mediocrity.”
